Mend them and bend em!
Just finished repairing someones pride and joy MGF, when someone decided to leave it in gear,someone went to turn the ignition...........guess the rest!!!!!
Car well stuffed, took out the garage large rolling door and moved the main RSJ of the door frame .........................doh!! ![]() ![]() |

Car now on the jig, trouble is getting new panels for MGFs is hard. in all fairness the car seems pretty weak to fold like that. A few years ago a painter turned the oven into a drive throu, drove the car in and went straight out the back of it spent about 3 days trying to repair the dam thing! Still bent to this day.
One of the best i ever saw was when i worked at a Rolls and Bentley dealer a old Silver Shadow came in on a breakdown (yes they do frequently) Driver lowered the bed only to see the car come flying off the back and stright throu the garage wall, the door was locked as he found out trying to chase it across the car park!!!! Bricks etc all over the back end.........Doh!! |
