I do find it difficult to sit and watch a film

Apocalypse Now (probably my all time fav)
Black Hawk Down (if only 'cos it shows that America really does have a sense of humour - you'd need to read the book!)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail (for great genuine humour)
The Exorcist (if only 'cos I PML when I went to see it - to the annoyance of those around me!)
Red Planet ('cos the soundtrack's cool!)
Subway ('cos the soundtrack's cool, film's cool and one of the first albums I bought!)
Solaris ('cos it kept to the book, down to being as obscure(!)........ and George Clooney obviously 'got it')

A couple which have come up a few times in the thread are "Apocalypse Now" + "Black Hawk Down" which I have to admit, even tho' I'm a girl, I really enjoy as well, + one of my fave tv series was Tour of Duty so I bought the boxed set ... yes, every episode
