Late last night whilst low flying in my BMW 540 down the A40 just out Cheltenham on tunnel hill for those that know it, sadly laid in the middle of the road a large dead deer and a Peugeot 306 imbedded in the trees. Nobody there car doors wide open airbags gone off etc phoned the plod.
Thing is be warned this road has recently been repaired and the water runs down across the road in 3 places and it freezes when cold believe me its more dangerous now than ever, Witnessed one very nasty accident 2 years ago (we were in the car behind) took the fire bridgade over an hour to cut them out,
Sadly alot of people been killed on this stretch of road over the last few years including a friend of mine. When u use this road please take it easy.
The BMW managed to keep reasonably straight under heavy braking makes a change from watching the fuel gauge move faster than the speedo!!
