Take That Concert Tickets

Well you've seen the News where people have queued for days for the "Take That" tickets & now it seems the online systems cannot cope with the demand

Just had my younger sister on the phone who's been up since 07:30am with the computer logged on ready to try & buy the tickets from 09:00 this morning

....& guess what ....she can't get through to buy some tickets. These lasses with boybands, I don't know

I tried for me buds wifey this morning. what a pita it was. trying the telephone number gets a bt message saying the network is borked - earlier it had "the other person has hung up"

The website (Ticketline :: Piccadilly Ticketline - concert tickets and gig guide for events) was just useless. I had 2 reserved for 5 mins - the site was so slow they reservation had expired before it would process my cc info.

And the really offensive thing is this : -
eBay.co.uk - take that tickets glasgow, Tickets, Travel, Tickets Travel items at low prices

and it particular, lowlifes like this dude that charge 4 times the ticket price (£45 each) then have the nerve to add on £5 to post the bloody things.

Then again, if people pay their prices then they kinda deserve to get ripped.

Glastonbury have the right idea. They want photo id and are printing the ticket owners photograph on the ticket itself so touts are stuffed.

I went and the saw the real Take That with the one and only Robbie Williams way back when and I'm not ashamed to admit it

....well.....maybe just a tad embarrassed

Doubt that they will ever be the same again....
