Well as some of you know I have said yes to marrying my gorgeous women after 10 years, we have hired a castle in Scotland near the Gatehouse of fleet for a week and all was going well till about a week ago.
I get a call from the minister to inform me that the chap who was going to marry us has been exposed (no pun intended) in the Sun for posting "inappropriate" photos on the internet and has done a bit of a disappearing act at the request of the bishop of Scotland.
Ok no probs, the new chap can do it, Oh well he said, I am going to have to write to the bishop to see if we can still marry you as we are not happy with the relaxed atmosphere in which this wedding has been organised. (happy enough to take my goddam money upfront) So going up to see him this sat, will then have to make another trip up to register our intention to marry and name who will actually be carrying out the ceremony.
Anybody up that way that can do it??????

It is but the better half doesn't want a civil ceremony, and with something like this im going to let my little rockweiler have her own way and not even suggest anything different. well we went up to see the man and apart from me insulting him with an honest mistake about his age and using quils to write with all seems to be going ok, he will be getting back to us with a yes or no after he has sent the forms off to the bish and got a reply.
