What do yous eat.
Every weekend i would cook something tasty, it would usually be something spicy from Asian to Mexican gets away from eating what you've had through the week spuds, veg & usually some kind of meat in a pie etc, what do yous like for a change?

I love seafood so anything containing that. Every now and then i'll make a seafood gumbo, takes ages to make and costs a packet if you dont buy from a fish monger but boy is it tasty (first time i made it i brought the ingredients from a supermarket and never again)
I love Indian although dont cook it alot and dont have it often as gf doesn't like it  |

Get a box delivered on fridays so most weekends I eat whatever looks nicest in that which is consistently delicious
 Fish too, though I never get to the fishmonger before lunchtime so miss all the goodies  |

Anything Thai or Chinese We have a fantastic Asain supermarket nnot too far away and I stock up there every few months!

Well if we're doing upmarket then it's fillet of beef wellington, perigourdine sauce and a bottle of say, Crozes Hermitage. I am very partial to a kipper for breakfast and a real treat for me is Calves Liver and Bacon.

i dont cook myself but when im looking a change ive been having the odd Indian recently! chicken beef or lamb rusonee (probably spelt wrong) is my latest favourite, its pretty hot stuff!
simpbow, since your from N.I, id highly recommend the Indian Ocean in the Odessey Belfast, you've maybe been before but they do a great feed!!  |
