This is what happens when you leave them alone.
They breed!
 I managed to pick up a little used D200 the other day for a very good price. I had been considering a D2x but thanks to Martin (Viking Photography) who wisely said that the D200 is 90% of the D2x at 30% of the price I decided to go for a second D200. On Sunday at Rock the Castle I was switching between the D200 and D70 and it was a real pain trying to remember which buttons did what etc so it will be good to have two of the same when I need to use both.

17-55mm f/2.8 on one and 70-200mm VR on t'other, two great lenses.

Don't leave a Canon nearby you wouldn't want a cross breed.
