Here's the problem.
I have just got back from taking some BBall photo's of a friend to try something different...I had a couple last week which i posted on my blogsite - Sean Geddes - Basketball - but they were pretty much bollocks.

I went back today to re-shoot and a whole bunch of kids were there asking questions and generally getting in the way - all fine and well.

They asked to be in the photo as well, they all had a ball of some sort with them...So we decided to let them take part.

They then went home - all of ages under 12.

Can i use these photo's without parents consent? or will i require some form of consent?

Difficult one - there are moral issues as well as legal ones here. My own thoughts are that it would not be right to use them without the parents' permission. Legally? You are probably legally entitled to display them on your personal website. Any other use, e.g. selling prints - safest (for them and for you) not to. In any event, if you can get consent, I'd think it'd be wise for you to do so, to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the future.

Yeah, thanks - I don't think i will be using them on my site just yet...but i will try and find them again and see if i can get some parental consent?!?!
