After great help from P-E i got capture le, at the start when i had the trial version & loaded the card reader capture collected the images but now with the full version this is not happening does anyone know what iam doing wrong

Not familier with this app, but it might be that you have to set a preference to 'download card automatically when inserted'.

I'm sure someone who knows for sure will be along soon.

Hi simpbow........

When I place a card in my card reader I get the following automatically load up;



I then press import which auto loads & starts Capture One.

I notice in P-E's screenshot the 'auto start importer on login' check box is ticked. Have you checked your settings to see if this is enabled? If not, I guess the importer will not be loaded, and therefore the prog will not detect a card when it is inserted.

Cheers P-E got it done Dabhand also spotted 3rd box of yours was ticked,thanks guys for your help.Just incase anyone else has the same problems heres what to do, local disc-c,phase 1, capture le,DCIMImp[phase 1 card reader],tick 3rd box & import.
