I just read a thread on another .. ahem ... Forum and thought I would try it in here.
Let gets a look at your desktop then (might be interesting, but then I'm well nosey) (Minimise all windows, press "Prt Scr", then paste into your PS Program and edit accordingly) I'll start: ![]() Edited post to re-size image Last edited by Liberalis : 18-10-2005 at 20:21. |

This is mine...
![]() Bit boring I know, and maybe a bit vain? But I'm only running an athlon 2500xp and 512Mb so I need all the resources I can get. Also the Mid-Grey background is very good for viewing pics against! btw I run my 17" monitor at 1280x960 as I hate scrolling around PS and would rather have slight eye-strain than all that scrolling.!. Mine has been the same for a couple of years now. This was taken with a Kodak dc290 and crudely edited to remove some foreground text on the cardboard box Fred spends his nights in.

I use Desktop Magic a free wallpaper rotator.
You simply load it with your fave photos and it rotates them at settable intervals. I get bored with looking at the same wallpaper for any length of time. |

I think its just a pretty computer generated image. My background changes quite frequently I bore easilly
unfortunatly I don't have a large collection of photos that look good at 1920*1200 so typically use downloaded wallpapers |

The Visual Style looks very much like "Tiger". I think v 1.1.2 was the latest and it's on DeviantArt

Is it just me or does Gemok's desktop wallpaper look like a picture of a large gravy bowl :coat:

That's what I thought when I saw it first.
Mines just the plain blue default screen, the wife's got a picture of one of the dogs. |

Since this is a photo forum changed the wallpaper to one of my photos
Dave G -the alternative shell is litestep you can grab the installer here, and Marcel was correct the theme is on DeviantArt search for "MacOSX RCXIII.c aka RCXIV.preview" and it'll be the only result. I wouldn't mess about with litestep initally unless you've got time to tinker with it. The default theme is as ugly as Maggy Thatcher and some other themes take a while to get to run smoothly I've found. Mr Thx - Yeah its a 2405 figured I'd get a monitor that would last a few years before needing to be upgraded it great for working in things like photoshop and flash ![]() Steve and Dod - it looks less like a soup bowl full size but I can see what you mean
