Hi everyone.
I've just been given my new mock exam in Photography and I've been given the theme "Enviroment". So I was wondering if anyone had some cool ideas for shots I could take which will be different to what eveyone else may come out with. It will be nice to hear from you all! Thanks, Charlotte

Re: Enviroment
it depends on what environment u are to shoot... or are they leaving it up to you. how about some candid street scenes of your home environment............. its kinda a wide subject cos anywhere/ thing is in your environment depending on where you are at the time. or do they mean ecological environment.......... maybe a trip to the local landfill or council tip? pollution............ some industry shots?
the list could go on and on Fiona |

Re: Enviroment
Hi Charlotte,
I guess the interpretation of the theme is entirely up to you so it's well worth thinking about one topic within that broad subject. As an example, you could perhaps go for 'The human impact' which might show photos such as graffiti, trampled flower beds (no, don't trample them just for the picture LOL), litter, masses of trodden in chewing gum on the street, drinks cans littering beauty spots, and so forth. Another idea would be to go for 'A worms-eye view of the environment' in which you could grossly exaggerate the world around you. Perhaps do some fish-eye type distortions (no need for the fish-eye lens, you can use the spherical filter in PS) that make close things seem huge, etc. Just a couple of ideas to get started and I wish you all the best with your project. Let us see some of the finals you put in. Cheers, Rob
