Sorry I did have a look on their web site but there was nothing to indicate where to go for downloads.

Although there is no given page for firmware there are links for drivers and manuals.

Mods admins not sure if this is the right place for this type of thread so if needs be please relocate it to the right area. One last thought maybe make it a sticky just in case some one's in need of a urgent upgrade.....

Just wish Canon were efficient like you and update their firmware more regularly to open up more goodies on our cameras, it's silly them not making a firmware that turns every camera into the 1DsMkII.
