Help with Terms and Conditions for T & C's

Just finished my business plan, but need some help with the terms and conditions for online payment. Does anyone have any T & C's I may copy, or do you know of a website where I can find sample T & C's.

I know under EU Law that if you offer online payment you must offer a 7 day return policy. This I also believe is not covered by payPal, Worldpay etc terms and conditions.

IIRC its 14 days under the distant selling act or summit?

EU law states 7 days from the date that the customer recieves the goods and that the requested refund should be "as soon as possible and no later than 30 days"
