Here's how it goes - I log on to FedEx and type in my tracking number for my Brand New Sigma 10-20mm, courtesy of Onestop-Digital. Yesterday it had safely arrived in England and was at Stansted after International shipping release. Looks like it'll arrive tomorrow then? Yep, the sheduled time of arrival is April 14th by 6 pm. As you can see i live in Wiltshire, England. Where is my package now? MEMPHIS TN USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God Damn It!

Anyone else had this problem with Onestop? My last order arrived fine so im quite puzzled. They've obviously recieved an urgently toned email from me

I've purchased maybe 3-4 items from them without any runaway problems like that!... your issue is more of a FedEx problem than a Onestop problem anyway I would think.

Onestop is OK the problem is Fedex

I ordered the same lens early last week and watched its progress into the UK and then to the Fedex Leeds depot. Due for delivery Friday am - great.

Stayed in all day Friday - working from home . At 13.00 I checked the tracking and found that the message " Customer not available or business closed" Bo****ks. I was in all the time and the office overlooks the front door. Phone Fedex. They will check and ring back - I made sure they had the correct home phone number. No phone calls from them but 5 hours and 5 phones calls from me later later finally get through to the lady dealing with it. She had been phoning my work number All the usual excuses etc but no explanation.

She promised to arrange a special Saturday delivery and it turned up OK. Nice lens by the way. When your arrives you will be pleased.

As I said Onestop is OK it is Fedex

I know its FedEx's problem but Onestop can sort it out. These phoncalls are expensive, my mother detests it as she's wracked up hours and hours because of them.

I jus found it amazing how they can so catastophically balls it up. I mean Memphis isn't even close. Maybe they're trying to go round the world once before they deliver it.

I am sorry MiKE but that is definitely not a problem with OneStop, the error or fault is obviously FedEX's. Before you start shouting I would suggest politely speaking to OneStop and give them a chance to sort out the problem for you. It likely to go much more smoothly if you approach them that way

I always take the polite but firm approach Steve I certainly still maintain that Onestop is a brilliant option for buying photography kit. I understand its FedEx' problem but until i receive the product im a firm beleiver that the retailer will sort out delivery problems. Anyway quite amused :
