Isn't this what we've been waiting for?
No... I don't think so, but might be attractive for someone looking to switch systems but not wanting to shell out immediately for a new lens.

I've got half a dozen of these off eBay (obviously not the Novoflex variety). If your DSLR has a decent focussing screen, they're quite effective. The trick is to go back to basics: set the camera to auto, focus at full aperture then close down to your working aperture. On a 10D, this will give you a good exposure 99 times out of 100.

So agree! And a great way to *really* learn about taking a photo. I got an M42 adapter early on and grabbed a few lenses - like most things where you need to work at it, the results are much more fulfilling (and some even got commended)
