here is a one that i found....u select a focus area and then press 'play' in the actions window and it runs a series of steps to get the lomo effect...it is pretty good.
Lomo LC-A Photoshop Action by =klez666 on deviantART just click the download link on the left pane and then load it from the actions window  |
