Excellent. My cat is like that, I never thought to try and photograph it.
May have a do in the near future. She loves doing stuff like that, then skidding across the wooden floor.

That's wicked.
Now can someone tell me how you'd be able to get quick enough shutter speeds indoors to do that? I can't see any flash in the cat's eyes on most of those. And the backgrounds are nicely exposed too. |

Looks like in a couple of them they are using proper studio lightboxes, may be wrong though ! |

I should imagine it's a similar technique to the way Derren Brown and David Blaine do a lot of their 'quick' tricks.
You spend an entire day doing it over and over again, doing hundreds of takes until you get one right. Edit - also shots one and three look like the cat has been dropped to me. But that's not to detract from the rest of them as there is some fantastic stuff there. Last edited by fingerz; 12-08-2005 at 16:53. |

very cool, i got claw marks in the door frame at head height from one of mine losing it and jumping up the door frame before running up and down the stairs
