Off camera flash
Hi,
I have a Nikon D40 with SB400 flash. I'm looking to experiment with off camera flash and was looking for guidance as to which model of off flash cable I should consider. There seems to be a few out there, SC15, SC17, SC28 etc.. Which one would be suitable do you think? Many thanks, Ian |

Re: Off camera flash
You could try this page...
Nikon UK - Flash Cords I have the SC28 with a SB600 which enables the TTL functions to work. Some of the lower spec cords will not keep TTL. SC15 - Is for cameras with a PC connection on both camera and flash SC17 - Connects between hotshoe on camera and flashgun (unsure about iTTL - now discontinued) SC24 - For F5 film SLR SC28 - Connects between hotshoe on camera and flashgun (iTTL will still work) SC29 - Connects between hotshoe on camera and flashgun (iTTL will still work) & (AF assist on SB800 will work) Last edited by IanHoughton : 20-12-2007 at 20:06.
