PhotoMatix & a Sigma 10-20mm - An Estate Agents best friend ?
With the new conservatory finished & delivery of the s/h Sigma 10-20mm lens, it was crying out for a quick couple of HDR's via Photomatix software. Although I haven't got the colours perfect, how much better would Estate agents details be, with HDR shots like this ?

You're lucky to live in such a beautiful spot...oh, and the processing's not bad either

That's some excellent processing, and a beautiful HDR of your house. What are those roofs made of? It looks very papery or like cloth

Great views Dave, but the HDR processing is perfect. IMO exactly how HDRs should be. It doesn't leap out at you, but it gives you the best possible dynamic range. Very good indeed...more!

very well done indeed
BTW that is soooooo perfect for a mini home studio PURE NATURAL LIGHT... maybe just some diffusion cloth and you are set. |

The conservatory, the view AND the photo are all very nice.
I don't know any, but I can't imagine an estate agent spending more than 5 secs taking snapshots of people's houses. |

Re: PhotoMatix & a Sigma 10-20mm - An Estate Agents best friend ?
I've actually noticed some of the higher end estate agents, who use Pro Togs for the shots, seem to be using HDR on some property shots.
Must admit though, most estate agents have dire shots |

Re: PhotoMatix & a Sigma 10-20mm - An Estate Agents best friend ?
I thought i read somewhere that they weren't "allowed" to use uberwides as it tends to make rooms look much larger than they actually are.
