plugin help please???

i have downloaded the plugin that Automation put a link to, but where do i place it, and how do i call it up???
i have placed it in the plugin folder for PS, but not sure if it needs to go into one of the many folders in there instead, and also , after opening a picture, i didn't know how to call the program up.
Any ideas anyone..

Not sure if you've read this allready Boon, but here's the link they reccommended you read for installing the plug-ins.
