RAW plug ins......?!?

Hello all,

First post for me so hello! Need some help.

While taking photos of fireworks last night i felt the urge to try some RAW images. However, now, trying to download them for some Photoshop tinkering, i realise that i never used the CD with the plug in to allow me to do so when i bought the camera (Nikon D70s).

I have read elsewhere that i can download some software via Adobe but i don't know what it is or simply how to do it.

Anyone have any idea?

Thanks in anticipation........

Re: RAW plug ins......?!?

thanks for the replies.

being a bit of an amateur i am not too sure. I have taken the photos and have imported them as NEF files. I presume therefore that i need a converter?

I am currently using CS 8.0.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
