Re: Sensor/lens cleaning?

I've only ever cleaned one of my camera bodies sensor once with a rocket blower.

As for filters I have changed from Hoya Pro ones to B+W which I find clean easier with a simple wipe of a lens cloth.

Re: Sensor/lens cleaning?

I clean my sensor with Sensor Swabs and Eclipse, maybe once a year... Nowdays got one spot on my sensor that irritates me. Maybe I'll swab it before I go on my holidays... You can get paranoid wth the dust, but it's only life...

Well thats interesting...i am using Hoya pro 1 digital filters and have had trouble cleaning them with out streaking, i have already managed to put a couple of scratches on my polarizer from some hidden grit during cleaning-maybe i will try B+W when i replace it-cheers

labbai-trust me...my sensor needs a clean!, an has needed it for sometime-i am getting sick of cloning dots out of my images
