Re: spider information required
I posted a coulpe of links some time ago, I think in one of Dave's threads, that tested and compared about six or eight different calibration systems. might be worth seeking it out.

Re: spider information required
I've recently installed Huey. Am not that impressed, but then I think my monitor's on the way out, so can't say for sure.
On a different note, I have a question which I hope you don't mind chickadee: I've noticed in a few of your posts that you say "we" quite a lot ... is your nick representative of more than one person, or is it a quirk of yours to say "we" when you mean "I"? Sorry to be nosy + ask kind of a personal question - if you don't want to answer, just ignore this

Re: spider information required
I have been very happy with the Gretag Macbeth eye-one that I have been using. I believe it was a Spyder I threw out, the software was terrible.

Re: spider information required
thanks so much for your comments , hopefully we ( meaning myself and vk7hil) might get someone with our monitors now.Even though we callibrated our monitors the other night , the difference between our 2 monitors is still there. However reading all your comments regarding colour management ,it sounds like a lot of people having the same problem.

Re: spider information required
I bought a Spyder 2 Express a few weeks ago. Up to then I have used Adobe Gamma and have achieved good results. As I had expected the profile produced by the Spyder is very similar to that produced by Adobe Gamma. The Spyder software seemed easy to use. In the next few weeks I am working with someone to calibrate a digital projector. As far as I know, only the Spyder 2 Pro can do this so this is what we will be using.
