Re: Topaz filters problem

Have you tried entering the key when the plugin is running ? In its menu ?

I have some topaz filters and not hit this issue. Maybe post on there forum too ?

Re: Topaz filters problem

Andy, the advice above may be worth trying. If you open Topaz from say Photoshop say Adjust 5 and look in the bottom left corner, you will find a button "Menu". If you click on this, one of the options is to enter the Key. I think I entered my key at this point but it was some time ago so hard to remember. Failing that press Topaz for and answer and maybe look on their forum as I am sure they will help.

Keep us all posted as others may have bought from the show and we do have a special club interest in your purchase not to mention two of us were present when you bought it and they explained the licence.

Re: Topaz filters problem

Andy, I know we might have expected four keys with this licence but some other multiple licences operate from a single key but they record each activation and prevent more than the agreed number. Anyway keep me posted.

Re: Topaz filters problem

Well that is a relief anyway. I am surprised that Topaz have not replied as they have always been given the impression of being a good company. They provide updates for free and lots of tutorials and videos but I have never had to contact them.

The next test is to see if we can install and activate a second copy?
