Tripod Idea

I've had an idea, and could do with some help in getting it to work...

I've been looking around for a tripod head which will allow me to find the nodal point for some panoramic shots, but Be-jesuuuus, they are expensive!!!

Now I have one of these: (222)

And also one of these: (115)

Now what I want to do is mount the 115 on the tripod, and then add the 222 on top, with both heads giving me the option to angle to the correct point.

The problem I'm having is finding a adapter that will convert a thin thread female, to a fat sized male thread.

Any idea's where I can be looking?

TIA

Some of the Ebay 'buy now' peeps have an assortment of adapters etc.
I just picked up an adapter ring for my kit lens that allows me to attach it back to front for macro shots so it might be worth a hunt around :icon_cool
