views on Tamrac Adventure 6

morning guys,

i am thinking about buying a Tamrac Adventure 6 backpack, does anyone on here have one that can give a little bit of a 'YEA, get one, or NoooOooo your insane ' bit of help ;D

i like the look of them because:
1- it doesnt screem camrea bag
2- it looks like it will be able to take my cam, extra lens plus a few bits and a few well thought about choc bars and snacks when out walking the dogs or out on a bike ride in summer. ( got to work off the choc bars n snacks )

what no where tells u is if its got any weather proofing, other than around the zips..if its possible to buy a tripod attachment that will allow u to fix it to the backpack...

i have read the review in the reviews section and it seems to do what i need it to do, with padding in the areas needed with space on top, but i just need the little bit more information...

anyone able to help....starbar or double decker to the best piece of information

Adrian

According to this ---> Click Here it has a weather flap to protect the camera compartment. I have the tamrac expidition 5 and that also has a flap covering the zip, so it's possible it's pretty much standard on their backpacks. I've had it out in the rain and its been ok, though dipping it in a pool I would'nt be too sure about.

cheers dude, thats all i needed to know.... Dont plan on dipping it in the pool, but with the UK being rain central i do like the idea of no water getting in
