web monkeys in here please!

Hi fellow geeks...

as some of you know, im redoing my work website, im using frontpage :kaffeetri (whose nicked the get me coat smilie)

i worked out shared borders eventually, but im getting a different size for header and main table, suggestions please!

when i view the page i get the header at, say 900 pixels and the then the main part of the page at 850, both are set to 100% and both have margins of 2 left and right, so i dont know!

i know its evil, but a)ive got it and b)thats the only reason

Use notepad (or something similar but better). It's what I did my site in.

Can you post the code for the problem you mentioned? I'm not really sure what you're trying to accomplish from the description.

yeah teh width, i havent got a figure set i dont think, just to 100%, so theoretically it should be the same! i will post a bit tonight when i get in

Hmm... That's more code than I was hoping to look through at this time of night

I'll take a better look tomorrow. Which bit specifically is wrong? And what would need to happen to it for it to look right?

thats about right, but the header that comes with the shared border is too long, so it makes the window above look like its sitting in half inch from both sides...
