Re: Wedding Photographers

Interesting stuff - glad to see he has the same approach to lens caps as I have (tho' I do usually use rear ones!)

Re: Wedding Photographers

Lots to make me think on that video...
He uses the same approach that I do, in that, he tries to keep away from "Official" status.

One thing I have to question though... ISO settings...
He stated that high ISO without flash can produce excellent results...
(In low-light situations)
I totally agree.
So how HIGH do you go?
When does a too-high ISO start causing problems like Graining?...
Or is that down to the camera and lens combination?

PS... website "Saved" for further investigation, thanks.....

Re: Wedding Photographers

If you go past 3200 just mono-it. Simples. (well, that's what I did.... )

Re: Wedding Photographers

... Nope... I cant go 6400 on mine.. I think its 1600 on the 350D....

Mono it?... hmm... yes... there is something to think about...

I suppose I ought to start allowing technology to change my thinking a bit more... I have always shied away from ISO above say 800... I had better get used to the camera being better than what I am used to, eh?...
