What about a new section on Pixalo for short AV's?

Hurray! Its not a banned word! I would like to see an AV section. Especially now we can do the youtube thing in the news groups.

Pictures to exe or pro show gold?

I can see a spinoff site on this subject alown !

Bob, we've absolutely no problem with AV's being shown on Pixalo at all.

However, it is not possible for Pixalo to host the files for you in our gallery. You would need to host them elsewhere and either link to them in a post or if you upload them to either YouTube or Google video you could display them in your posts here using the YouTube or Google tag buttons at the top of a new thread text box.

A couple of other things we would also recommend

a) post in the Photo-Sharing section for the time-being.
b) include "AV" in the thread title

Oh, and remember all normal Pixalo rules apply!

We're not going to set up a separate forum just yet but we're not ruling it out for the future. We will monitor this and, if they do prove to be popular, then we will look at that option again.

I havnt got a suitable one at the moment, will have to construct a short AV. All mine are holiday pix which last about half an hour. Too big for this platform.

ok here is a question, i do my slide shows on pro show producer and pro show gold., I store them on the pro show web site, when i want someone to look at them i have a link i can send them......... they then have to download a very small program to enable the slide shows to run......, would i be able to post the link here ?
I dont even know if it would work by doing it this way ! lol
anyone know if it would.?
