How about a wee forum where peeps can post their planned itinerary, assuming they are sufficiently organised , for any tog trips they plan.

As an addition it may also be useful if we could get our hands on t-shirts, stickers, caps or whatnot with the pixalo logo on em to easier recognise each other...

I would prefer it if t-shirts, stickers, caps and mugs were not introduced, just in case I'd like to discuss any other t-shirts, caps and mugs which would class as competitors.

Seriously, the itinerary idea could be a good one especially in terms of meeting up with fellow Pixaloers or sharing tips on specific locations previously visited by others...

Hi OP, thanks for the suggestions As you are no doubt aware there has been a large-scale migration to new hosts and servers which is keeping Steve and others pretty busy just now. However, I'll run this past the other crew members and see what the concensus is and in the meantime there might be comments from other members.

Indeed. Fi tried, ages ago, to arrange a Scottish meet. Sadly it didn't come off.

Seemed easier just to say something like: -

I'll be at the back of Glenfinnan viaduct from 4:30pm though to about 6:30pm on Saturday the 20th of October - Gonna try and get a sunset - All welcome

Sorry to hijack/resurrect this thread but I was just about to suggest an upcoming tog opportunities/events type forum and or calendar, but if it doesn't warrant a whole forum stickied thread possibly linked to a calendar? Format of posts could be

I liked the idea of the what are shooting this weekend thread and think it may have legs I'd find it useful when stuck for inspiration. (This weekend I'll be at the frost festival on the Southbank London).

One option would be to use the Calendar function that's built into the site. If you go to the top of the Forum page you'll see a row of boxes with User CP, New Posts etc. One in from the right is "Quick Links" and if you clickon that a drop-down menu willappear and towrds the bottom is "Calendar" and you can enter any information in there you'd like about forthcoming trips.
