 They should make them with photos of Gordon Brown, George W, etc.  (... and Bill Gates, of course )P.S. As a drainage engineer (yes, really) I guess I should point out that they would be seriously bad news if they leaked and got flushed away - especially if they were flushed not very far away.  )
