Post Plustek launch new scanner with flaw-removing technology, the OpticFilm 7200i

Plustek Inc, a leading manufacturer of sheet-fed and multifunction scanners will be exhibiting at the Native Digital stand at Focus on Imaging. On display will be the Plustek OpticFilm 7200i and 7200i SE film scanners, capable of scanning 35mm slides and negatives.

Tony Kirk, sales director of Native Digital, comments: "We are pleased to be showcasing the Plustek film scanners at our stand. The scanners fit in well with our imaging solutions product portfolio. We find there is still a demand for products that convert slides into digital files. With the Plustek OpticFilm 7200i consumers are able to achieve this easily and effectively."

OpticFilm 7200i *
Targeted at consumers who want to update their film to a digital format, the OpticFilm 7200 is a film scanner capable of scanning 35mm slides and negatives. It includes iSRD, (Infrared Smart Removal of Defect), for eliminating defects, has a high optical 7200dpi resolution, USB 2.0 connection and fast scan speed. Plustekıs OpticFilm 7200 easily outperforms other professional film scanners and is priced at £228.00 including VAT.

OpticFilm 7200i SE *
This film scanner offers the same features as the OpticFilm 7200i and also has SilverFast SE software included. This software provides the user with a superior scanning environment with production-orientated options. It is priced at £199.00 including VAT.
