Well i dont often post in here but i'm interested in feed back on this picture of Alex my nephew.

How could this be improved, is it too much of a snap shot? your thoughts please ladies and gentlemen. Protraits is an area where i really dont know what i'm doing never seem to capture what i'm after, anyway thanks for looking.

I like it, like the pose, gives out a lot of energy and happyness.

Nice shot, plenty of character. It's a boy, being a boy which is great and can be hard to achieve with kids.

If I was to be picky, his face look a tiny bit oversaturated, but he may just be a bit flushed from running around also he seems to have something (a bit of food maybe) under his lip and on his left cheek, but what kid this age doesn't?

I like the position of his hands and the wonderful, natural expression.

I think i did over do it slightly with the saturation and this was shot at a BBQ so dan your right about the food, something i missed, he's had all sorts of ketchup and food cleaned up in PS.

yup, sats a touch high but what the heck, it's a lovely family photo that will definitely be kept to show him when he is all grown up! Lovely
