It makes for an interesting photo, but maybe the radial blur is a little overdone? It works for the green background, but it looks like he's going to be speared by the hedge/fence.

Yup, I quite like this and the post-pro addition of effectively a zoom blue works well in focusing all your attention on the ride and horse. I agree the bottom is a bit strong but that could easily be rectified with just a touch of blur to soften it off a bit. It's difficult to get rid of the ghosting around the rider's arms but overall i really do think you've done a good job here
