I simply cut out and deleted the original reflection, duplicated the layer with the image on, flipped it, moved it into position and lowered the opacity of the layer, I also used the edit/transform thingy. I used loads of layers and layer masks in this image. I should have the PSD somewhere but it was produced a while ago now and so much has happened in my life in the last year that its a miracle I even know where I live!
