It's those long sagging antennae! Sun looks pretty fierce and a shame it was heading the wrong way - maybe you made it sad?

It looks sad because it's crying

Nice and sharp focusing on the head though i'd like a bit more detail rather than the strong shadow making it iverly contrasty. The water droplet is lovely and clear and draws your eye right to the face area which works well.

I quite like how unconventional this is, and it certainly looks sad! Love the droplet with the starburst coming off it. Great shot
