NIce and sharp, and good placement Can't tell at this size, but is the gull's breast blown out?

Ok, well, I think the top right and going on the breast of the gull is almost entirely white, blown highlights, which is a shame, but metering for white things is one of the hardest things you'll do in photography...

I always smile at the way these are called Black headed gulls when the head is a lovely chocolate brown colour.

It is always difficult to get the exposure right for "Black" and white birds. Get the dark bits right like you have and the whites are blown. Get the white right and the dark parts lose all detail You might want to look at bracketing the exposure which I am sure you can do with your camera.
