Black and White ?

A shot of my Brother-in-law with his girlfriend, converted to black and white.
I have not done too many Black and white conversions, so does it work?

I might have cropped it in a bit more but it really is such a lovely, relaxed shot and I bet they love it!

Very nicely done; I would have cropped it from the lowest part of the arm on the left to just above the heads.

2nd crop works well. Probably just me, but would prefer an off white BG as find the current one a little too much without lighter tones in the subject
