Bubble wrap
I was playing around with Photoshop this morning and tried to re-create an image I saw a few months ago, I can't remember where I saw it or what the technique was.
I had some old images of smoke from an incense stick and I combined three of them together, made a circular selection and inverted the image to give a negative effect, used the Filter > Spherize tool twice on the circle and made a new layer via a copy. Then a new background, added a gradient, copied in the 'bubble' and made a shadow (this needs some more work I think). What do you think? ![]()

Well done, "We are not trying to create reality but to use reality to create.".
Push it to the limits and then beyond, hope this starts an arms race, or legs or... Geoff TWO |

Re: Bubble wrap
"Wow" is what I think!
My only thought is whether it would stand being a little sharper? |
