I like the lighting in this although I feel you need a slightly brighter catch light in he eye.

I'm afraid she looks a bit board to me... with the pose you have her in it looks like she is trying to cover herself up.
The shirt on the right is pulled to tight making her arm look fat and her left hand looks tense.

I think this photo is technically very good. But she just looks a little to tense and lacking that little bit of sex appeal that is so important in shots like this

Once again, I really don't like this pose with the tight framing at the top. It looks like she is ducking.

Agree with nick, the first thing that caught my eye was the "fat" arm.

And one does get the impression that she is trying to cover up, but fortunately, not succeeding

Seriously, she looks a bit uncomfortable in this pose.
