Re: Day like night
A little less processing. That's all
![]() Composition looks good. Colours are overcooked. The dark clouds have posterized (from overprocessing). There's a noticeable very dark patch over the top of the tower, and others on the house which is furthest to the left, some of the windows + main door to the church.. Otherwise I like it Marcin |

Re: Day like night
Quite like it overcooked. Some times have to decide whether to go for 'real' or art. Just the dark patch on the tower looks out of place.
Great photo |

Re: Day like night
This has already been mentioned but he first thing I noticed was the dark top of the church - that look wrong. With the even lighting you have all the church should have similar lighting.
Then I think I would crop the left side a touch to get rid of that part tree and straighten the left side of the church and the wall on the right a bit to stop them leaning in so much. |

Re: Day like night
Have you tried separating the church and sky onto different layers and then processing the sky separately before adding them back together? That would give the sky more consistency, avoiding the lighter bits towards the bottom, and would avoid the problems with the top of the church.
If I kind of squint at it I get the idea of where you are going with it and I reckon there is a great picture in there waiting to come out, it just needs a bit of tweaking. |
