A reworking of an old image. Have tried to apply some of the things I have learned form the tutorials here. C&C always welcome.

wow that's a fantastic image!
Great sky and lovely mountains. Perhaps could have included a bit more foreground and a little less sky, but nothing too serious

I think the sky IS the image here so definitely good to keep as much of it as possible. Although I know this area is strikingly beautiful, the scenery as such is a bit too far away to show us its special character but the image here is of 'a scene' with a stunning sky and it works very well

That sky looks American not British! I need to get out into the countryside more often

I'd crop right up to your mountain

and maybe stretch the base to be flat, there's a natural curve from one edge to the other that would be problematic for the suggested crop.

It is utterly beautiful, by the way.

P'raps its just the relentless, crushing grey I see emerge on the way to work every morning at the moment that makes it seem otherworldly

You should have seen the sky over Skiddaw today! Also over the western fells. Snow on tops, clouds, sun, pink, yellow, grey, blue. Trouble was I was on my usual drive to day job and no time to stop.
