Agree with the more detail in the cabin, but it might have blown out the sky too much, and you've got a nice moody shot here!

I reckon even as a jpg there will be more detail in that dark area if you select it and lift it with the Shadows/Highlights tool in PS. Don't lift it a lot, just enough to show a touch more detail.
I like the graduated blue sky. By the way, did you catch any ice? ![]() Cheers, Rob |

Rob - I have never tried that technique, but will give it a try (GIMP). As for the ice... I caught a whole lot more ice than I did fish. We commonly refer to it as ice drinking as opposed to ice fishing.
