Firstly you need to host your images somewhere - you can either upload them to your own website or you can upoad them to your Personal Gallery on Pixalo. Then, when you post your message you will see a number of available icons. Click the one marked Insert Image, insert the link to your image and bingo
 You might care to have a look at the Rules for Posting too.

Photoman, I see you have plenty of pics in your gallery so just follow these steps:
1. Go to your gallery 2. Click on a picture you want to show in this thread. 3. When the picture opens in a new window, scroll down to where it says 'UBB Code' and next to it a line of code, like an internet address. 4. Click on 'Copy to Clipboard. 5. Come to this thread, start a thread or a reply on this one, hit Ctrl+V to paste the code into here. 6. It will look like a line of code but when you hit Post it will show as the picture.
