It's a nicely composed image, i prefer the colour one to the b&w.
Looks a little like an evil building, the main central tower is its face and the two points either side are the tips of it's cloak that it's raising with it's hands. |

i prefer the colour version myself, works really well! The effect of the fisheye really is striking, my only criticism would be that the tower in the middle looks like its leaning back and not forward!

EosD - should the tower be leaning forward??
This lens is a full-frame fisheye, rather than one which produces a circular image in the middle of the sensor...the more 'fisheye' like angles/distortions tend to come towards the edge of the frame.. |

for me the tower looks like its leaning out of the shot, personal preference is all!

no idea, never used a fisheye! You could try messing with it in PS but i wouldnt know where to start

I personally think that both work, if you had chosen to display either by itself then I am sure that you would have still received favourable comments.
Incidentally, you should have displayed one picture and allowed comments and critique, then the following day displayed the second version as this would then have allowed for more considered responses from people and still allowed you to gain the information you where after. It would also have kept your post within the rules for this section of the forum. Quote:
