Re: Get off my flower!
That white spider is horrible, not your photo but the creature itself ! hate creepies, whats doing to that poor bee.
I like the photos overall, might be inclined to crop a little, Love the mid flight bee, did you do any processing on this one ? |

Yeah the spider is a horrible little geezer though I did take some others just of him.PP is negligible but I have done a fair bit of cropping. I haven't cropped quite so much on the previous years attempts but the 5D obviously doesn't have any magnification factor. Can't decide if the superior IQ offsets this or not?

Re: Get off my flower!
Nice set, I like the bee in flight. I tried to get one last year with no success at all.

Re: Get off my flower!
Last one is easily the best here, as anyone who has tried to capture a good shot of a bee in flight well confirm!
The other two are a bit too busy for me. I would do some heavy cropping here and chop both the left and right of the pics off as they don't add much to the images and just make the eye wonder wround too much. Focused in on the spider and bee, the images are much stronger ![]() Cheers, Rob |

Re: Get off my flower!
What a pretty spider
I wonder what it is he says sheepishly putting down his guide to the British Insects . It must be too late at night for for me. I would certainly loose the right side of the pictures with the out of focus flower head and then some of the left to balance it up. |

Re: Get off my flower!
