Think it's overdone slightly, but cool and funny the way it says "The Detail Shop" at the top

I like the effect and image overall. If I were to criticise I'd say you might think about cropping/straighting the image up.

I agree with Jack that the effect is a bit too strong, could do with toning down a tad. But it's an interesting shot and really allows the eye to wander around exploring which is good. The only bit I am not too keen on is the blue along the foregcourt, it's a bit too strong so makes it look like water which doesn't quite fit with the scene.

But good work here Sotelo, interesting idea and effect and a picture I can look at again and again to see more.
