Re: Green on the Sand
I like the low perspective and the placing of the greenery in the frame. I think that you could crop out about half the out of focus foreground without losing anything. nice shot!

Re: Green on the Sand
I do like out of focus areas but I do think in this shot it is catching the eye and distracting from the plant. But it's a lovely sharp shot and the plant stands out well despite the green background.

Re: Green on the Sand
It's a lovely shot but has a strong blue colourcast which is taking away from its impact IMO. I'd like to show a pimped version to you where I have sorted out the colour cast but will only do so with your permission as you are not showing the EDIT permission logo. I respect your choice if you'd prefer not to.
There is a good image in here ![]() Cheers, Rob Last edited by Rob Barron; 22-10-2007 at 17:54. |

Re: Green on the Sand
I agree with Rob and Mark, there's a good shot in here remove the colour cast and trim the bottom a bit. The isolation of the plant in amongst all those stones is a real winner.

Re: Green on the Sand
Agree with the others here. The colourcast is rather strong and a overpowers the shot in my eyes. Lovely image just waiting to come out. Think the plant is placed just enough off centre to make this an interesting shot
