This image is a result of poor exposure it is way to dark normally to see any fly detail..however I've saved the photo as the extreme exposure ( +2.5 from the RAW) struck me as interesting.
Or is that just me ?

Re: Hit or Miss ?
Its the mutant fly that survived the conflagration...........
![]() I guess this is making a silk purse from a sows ear, lemonade when given lemons or making the most of a sticky situation. In any event, wherever you are, please keep this fly there. OK,OK...yeah its creative in an abstract kind of way. Creepy but a keeper. - Paul |

Re: Hit or Miss ?
I'm not usually at all keen on these, but there is something about this one that draws you in. I'd say keeper.

Re: Hit or Miss ?
Usually bumping the exposure in a terribly underexposed RAW image does nothing but produce a lot of noise in a bad picture, (I know that intimately) but this has enough of an other world effect that it makes one continue to look.
Good one. |
