Honeysuckle in the Rain

Took this recently, a honeysuckle leaf through my bedroom window, in the pouring rain we've had recently! I know the subject is centered, but I think it looks better llike this. 0% cropped. Thoughts?

Re: Honeysuckle in the Rain

Excellent picture jack. The diagonal of the stem helps and having 3 leaves gives a good balance. The in-focus leaf is just right. Was it really rain or a spray? Not that it matters.
Although the main leaf is in the middle, it works in this case because of the balance from the other two leaves. Out of focus background also good. I have no criticism only praise.

What do you think I am? Some kind of evil selective gardener!?!? only kidding, but no it was 100% real, cold, miserable rain! This shot was about the only good thing to come of it
Thanks for your praise! Not often someone doesn't have a crit!
Thanks also boofers, yeah the rain lines add something!

Does anyone think it's oversharp?

No, I don't think that is oversharp at all. I think it's a cracking shot

Cheers,

Re: Honeysuckle in the Rain

works nice,. wonder if the bottom leaf is too close to the bottom of the frame but that is very subjective,. though if you frame slightly looser you get more cropping options perhaps
